Pantry cases & wholesale enquiries
Open the case-size variant finder for the current list of case options, explicit pack quantities and short-dated warnings. Collection tiles may show the single-unit starting price rather than the case price.
For pantry replenishment, schools, small businesses, training programs, community kitchens and organizations can ask for written quotes on actual supplier-confirmed pack sizes. Start with Pantry, Snacks & Drinks, Pantry Staples, Multipack selections, and Larger Bags & Tubs.
Our published catalogue includes examples labelled as a 24 × 85 g tuna pack and a 16-pack of ramen. These are product listings, not guaranteed wholesale supply. These collections may show individual-unit starting prices even where a separate case-size variant exists. Select the correct listed variant and obtain independent supplier confirmation for large-volume orders; collection membership never guarantees a wholesale discount.
In your enquiry, include the desired full-case quantity or net weight, number of cartons, acceptable substitutes, destination postal code, target delivery date and any minimum remaining shelf life needed at arrival. We will seek confirmation of pack count, source, supplier cost, availability, freight, food-labelling suitability and returns before issuing any quotation.
No automatic wholesale pricing, cash-back or guaranteed deliveries are offered. Bulk prices or quantity savings will be quoted only where supplier terms and the complete delivered order economics permit them. Physical purchases still use the established ShopShai purchasing process.

- The delivery community, province and postal code.
- The requested delivery timeframe and any necessary product specifications.
- Whether separate shipments are acceptable, and a contact email for the quote.
We will review supplier availability, applicable pricing, shipping charges, and fulfillment feasibility before proposing terms. Sending an enquiry is not an accepted order, a guaranteed discount, or a commitment to deliver.
Northern and remote delivery
Freight can vary substantially by product and destination. We will not promise a national flat rate, subsidy, or guaranteed delivery date without verifying the actual shipment.
Commercial terms
Any volume pricing, credit terms, tax treatment, payment method and delivery schedule require a specific written quotation and acceptance. Standard consumer purchases remain subject to pricing and delivery terms shown at checkout.
Canadian supplier & brand partnerships
ShopShai is evaluating accountable supplier-fulfilled products for household essentials, quality everyday daywear for children and adults, easy-dressing apparel for older adults, and shelf-stable pantry cases. We do not require suppliers to promise the cheapest price or inflated regular prices. Product selection depends on verified delivered value, Canadian compliance and credible fulfillment.
- Product provenance: authorized seller or brand rights, accurate SKU and variants, genuine pack counts, reliable supplier cost and product descriptions.
- Clothing and textiles: actual fibre composition, appropriate bilingual Canadian labelling, dealer identification, size charts, wash care and safety evidence; children's sleepwear is not accepted for immediate listing without product-specific flammability documentation.
- Pantry and wholesale: carton sizes, ingredients and food labels, lot tracking and best-before dates, shelf-life standards, supplier-stock procedures, substitutions and recall procedures.
- Commercial fulfillment: supplier-managed delivery capabilities for Canadian addresses, shipping fees for northern and remote communities, delivery exceptions, refunds/returns, customer support and any minimum order quantities.
- Pricing evidence: actual wholesale unit costs and an explanation of any reference-price or savings claim. No unverifiable “premium at half price” claims or artificial compare-at values.
Suppliers with evidence of these capabilities may send a supplier qualification enquiry. Please identify your company and public product catalogue, the relevant Canadian shipping regions and expected order model. Do not send login credentials, customer records, passwords, health information or other sensitive data by email. Contact does not establish a supplier agreement, pricing approval or automatic product import.
Separate digital learning and organization licensing
digital workspaces and licences remain on their established separate platform: digital product and organizational enquiries. ShopShai does not process those digital licence transactions in Shopify.
